CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Time before reservation start date:
45 days: Full refund minus $25.00 processing fee.
44 - 8 days: Rain check valid for 12 months from original reservation
start date.
7 days or less: No refunds and no rain checks
Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.
Terms of use for Rain checks:
• Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
• Re-booking is subject to availability
• May only be used once
• Rain checks are non-transferable
